Readers of our blog will know inventories in Naples, Florida are decreasing resulting in multiple offers on some properties – a big change from two years ago. One of our properties, a beautiful place at the the Southpointe Yacht Club on Naples Bay received multiple looks yesterday. Since it is a good example of a well priced property in an improving market we thought we would how it to you as a good example of the local market.
