We hope all of you are having a wonderful winter season wherever you may be. The Naples weather is living up to its legendary warmth with temperatures in the 70’s. These are very pleasant times on the water and at the beach with no shortage of Florida sunshine.

Our home building operations continued forward this month with our new on-water Key West home now only four weeks away from completion. I stopped by again this morning and the interior paint is going in, that cool metal roof is on and flooring and cabinets are next. Look for us to move our open house operations there shortly. Our second new on-water Naples home – in the British West Indies style – is now framed, insulated and awaits sheet rock and stucco today. Look for our March open house here. It is fun to build homes in the winter sunshine!
