The July 2012 month end results are in for Naples, Florida real estate and year over year prices continue to climb. According to the Sunshine MLS for the All Naples Area this morning sold prices have climbed from roughly $325,000 a year ago to roughly $350,000 at the end of July. Nice.
We are not surprised at the price increases due to our thoughts surrounding inventories. In the inevitable force of supply and demand our lower supplies of 7 months + inventory paired with some volume have again driven prices up. Be sure you work closely with a local Realtor to better understand market forces neighborhood by neighborhood as results differ across town, but on average we are back and our real estate market continues to improve.
