Realtor.com just announced the “Top Ten Best Places for Indoor-Outdoor Living” and guess what? Naples, Florida came in at the number one spot. The desire for a pool, good lighting and southern exposure are all high on the list for our beach town. Additionally, according to a recent realtor.com survey, COVID-19 is prompting many buyers to look for more spacious homes and “more and better outdoor space”.
