Ok, ok I promised my northern friends I would not take about the northern “summer” weather – but you know what I am thinking. What about Naples weather. Let’s focus on that instead … like year round weather to put a smile on your face and give you lots of outdoor options ALL THE TIME. What’s not to like here? One of the fastest growing states in the union may tell you others are figuring this out. Hmmm, great weather twelve months a year, a favorable tax and business climate and oh yes those great lifestyle options here.
Why not change-up your lifestyle, escape the cold and rain and come down here and join us for some warm weather in the Florida sunshine? The real estate market here is as hot as the weather with sales volumes at a six-year high.
Sales in Naples are moving quickly these days – even with the end of tourism season and the approach of summer the year-rounders and European tourists are making up the difference. The town is alive.
