Investing in Naples Real estate today often means you buy a place, renovate and then sell or rent the property when finished. This past month we focused on properties in the Royal Harbor area – on the water, reasonable scarcity of inventory compared with past years to support prices, close to Olde Naples and for boaters, an easy ride down the bay and out to the Gulf of Mexico.
