Now we are at 7.2 months inventory with barely over 5,000 properties remaining in the All Naples Area in Sunshine MLS this morning. Wow. What a difference from just a year ago.
Builders are moving in to start increasing supply again as prices have firmed. According to the Naples News this morning “In Lee and Collier counties, builders pulled more than 375 permits for new single-family homes in June. Of that total, 147 were in unincorporated Collier, up from 131 in May and 76 a year ago, according to the county’s Growth Management Division.”
