Another look at available real estate in Naples Florida shows a further decrease in inventory. Properties are becoming more scarce and plans for new development are in the works but taking time – look for more buyer competition.
A look at the numbers this morning shows Naples real estate is now down to 8.16 months according to data in the Sunshine MLS. The systems shows 5,621 properties for sale and 8.270 properties sold in the last year. Just a few weeks ago this figure was 8.6 months+.
As the market tightens expect more buyer competition and multiple bids, and if you like the Naples property you might consider jumping off the fence and going for it.
