I would like everyone to meet Dixie our newest Naples Best Addresses client here in Naples, Florida at Coldwell Banker. Well actually Dixie’s owners are legally our new clients but we know who helped drive the decision to buy a remarkable townhouse at a golf course community and a private shuttle to Keewaydin Island. I think Dixie looks

Wether you are buying or renting it can be tough to find pet friendly condominiums or home owner associations here in Naples Florida. Beach front condos are especially tough regarding pet restrictions although some options do exist. Throughout the season we received a number of requests to hunt down such properties and if you have the right resources it is not too tough.
The first thing you need is a good search tool. Although we provide search tools on our website and directly to our clients many do not offer a “pet” field as part of the search. Ideally clients would like to know about pet acceptance as well as additional details like how many pets are allowed or are there size restrictions? Searching the Multi Listing Service directly is the best way but many MLS search tools provided to the public do not offer a pet search field.
I know this sounds self serving but just call us and we would be pleased to help you. We can search the MLS “pet fields” directly with current data and quickly provide a list of options for you. Otherwise you may have to search without this field and read the detailed listing sheets one by one afterward.
