What a week in Naples, Florida real estate. Our spring weather is in full gear with temps in the 80‘s, the Gulf waters are a nice 72-73 degrees and people have hit the beaches, the restaurants and the real estate market all week. Yesterday alone 83 properties went under contract (source: Matrix MLS).
