It is so straightforward. With our new clients we introduce them to a mortgage banker and pre-qualification begins. The buyer now knows where they stand, we know where they stand and off we go to search for the best address we can find for them in Naples.
Pre-qualification has always been a good practice – today especially. Why? We learned 30% of all buyers are denied credit or just give up. So, it is simple, save some steps and make sure you pre-qualify and save everyone frustration and loss of time. It is a fine place to start when looking at real estate in Naples – or anywhere.
