Growing up in a small town in MN, then moving down to FL right out of school was an eye-opening experience. Not only did I notice all the beautiful homes Naples had to offer, I realized they weren’t being offered for prices like they were back home. Luckily, I ended joining a friend group where I met David. I knew when the time was right, he would be my go-to. After a couple years of renting in Naples, my girlfriend I and decided to finally start building some equity. Another great perk to working with David was his ability to offer a one stop shop that included introducing us to his in-house home lender as well as giving us ideas for companies to shop for insurance. He really had all the answers we were looking for. He constantly went above and beyond for us. Some examples of this are how he joined us and the inspector during the entire home inspection process (~2 hrs) just to ensure that everything went smoothly and that nothing was missed. He even took us out on his boat prior to closing just to show us our soon to be neighborhood from the water front. I can’t express my appreciation enough, and would recommend anyone whether you are a first-time home buyer like myself or a seasoned individual looking for a retirement home, to rely on David to get the job done with ease.
