What a way to start the week. New clients at 10:00 am this morning – first time to Naples, great weather, and positive outlooks. I think most of my reward in this business is helping people discover a whole new life and lifestyle here in Naples. This morning will be the start of a new life adventure for a couple I have yet to meet face to face – great stuff.
Yesterday was similar. I showed one of our listings and met a couple from the Northeast, both working but planning a two house lifestyle in the near future. They told me they were somewhat reluctant to check out Naples as they favored a nearby community – which is fine as I am all about finding what my client’s want and when I see them in a few years knowing they are happy.
Then they saw the water, and the marina, and the golf course and started imaging what it might be like to live here and have friends visit or have kids come in town and spend a few days. We started talking about all the new things they could try out like year round outdoor fitness, or photography or gardening twelve months a year, or meeting peopel from all over the world.
Anyway their eyes light up and something inside me says I am doing the right thing helping these folks find a fun, more fit, more rewarding life ahead.
Oh how I love Naples real estate.
