In some ways a holiday helps a tourist town real estate market like Naples. Instead of slowing things down a holiday brings people to town and a lot of them are looking to buy here. There is no denying we continue to Boom. Prices are rising, supply is shrinking and big picture demographics like boomers retiring or a business migration to a tax friendly state or just plain awesome weather are all fueling the move to Naples.
